1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website (the "Site") is operated by OneJump Studio Sdn. Bhd. ("OneJump Studio", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia. Our company details are: Registration No 202601004884 (1666982-H), registered office at No. 16-1, Jalan KL 3/10A, Taman Kota Laksamana Seksyen 3, 75200 Melaka, Malaysia.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site presents general information about our studio, our projects and our work. You may browse the Site, and you may link to it, for personal or business reference. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice, an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment by us to provide any product or service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code or otherwise attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, including by denial-of-service attack;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the Site, including through automated tools, without our prior written permission; or
• misuse the contact form, including by sending unlawful, defamatory or deceptive messages, or unsolicited advertising.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, images, page design and code, is owned by or licensed to OneJump Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of Malaysia and other countries.

You may view the Site and print or save extracts for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Trademarks

OneJump Studio, the OneJump Studio logo, As You Write, Word Sabotage and Paper Wolves are trade names or trademarks of OneJump Studio Sdn. Bhd. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any of our trademarks. Other names and marks appearing on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Our products

Products made by the studio, whether released or announced as upcoming, are provided under their own licences, terms and policies, which are published with each product. Information about a product on the Site is provided for general interest only: it does not form part of any product licence, it may describe features that change before or after release, and it does not constitute a warranty or commitment regarding any product's availability, functionality or fitness for any purpose.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those sites are outside our control, and we accept no responsibility for their content, policies or practices. A link from the Site does not imply our endorsement.

8. Contact form and personal data

If you use the contact form, we collect the name you provide (optional), your email address and your message, solely so that we can read and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us and stored by our website hosting provider as part of operating the form, and are not published, sold or shared with any other third party.

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and maintain our records, and we delete it on request. To ask about the information we hold from your correspondence, or to have it deleted, contact us using the details in section 14.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneJump Studio, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms published on the Site at the time you use it is the version that applies. Material changes are indicated by updating the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
